My very version own recipe of #Pinoy #BicolExpress :) Ingredients:

250ml of gata (coconut milk)
50ml of soy milk
1 whole medium sized onions, minced
20gms. Of garlic, crushed
30 grms of siling pansigang
30 grms. Of baguio beans
1/4 chicken, adobo style cut
2tbps of shrimp paste
1 pack #magicSarap (yung maliit lang, haha!)
1 can flakes in oil tuna, set aside ung oil, this will serve as extender
Luya, regular sized, stripped
Chili powder, 1 tsp.
Kasuba, for garnishing
1 cup of water
1 tbps oil
Tofu 4 pcs. Fried and cut into squares

1. Palambutin lang yung manok sa 1 cup ng water, hanggang sa maluto sa sariling mantika. Set aside, iprito ang tofu, palamigin, saka hiwain ng squares. Set aside

2. Sa isang bukod na pan or kaldero, igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, luya, ihalo na ang tofu, pati ang siling pansigang.
3. Ihalo ang gata pati ang baguio beans.
4. Ihalo ang chili powder, shrimp paste at tuna,

5. Let it simmer

6. Serve. 4-5 servings.
